Shipping policy

Where do we deliver?

All over Europe and to most countries worldwide. Every country you can choose at checkout, we deliver to.

What does shipping cost?

Nothing. Shipping is free, for every order and to every country.

How long does it take?

Your order ships from our partner's warehouse in China. Allow 2–3 weeks (usually 15 to 20 days). You get a tracking code as soon as your parcel leaves.

In time for Christmas

Order by Tuesday 1 December 2026 if you live in the EU, and by Tuesday 24 November 2026 outside the EU. We then expect to deliver your order before Christmas. We cannot guarantee a fixed delivery date.

VAT and import costs

In the EU our prices include VAT. Outside the EU your country may charge import duties, VAT or customs fees on delivery. These are not included in our price.

Delayed or lost parcel?

Has your parcel not arrived 4 weeks after your order, or does tracking say it is lost? Email us at eversouljewelry@gmail.com. We send you a new one free of charge or refund you.
