How we check reviews

Glowfjord is new. We only show reviews from people who really ordered from us. As long as there are no real reviews yet, we show none.

• After delivery every customer gets an email asking for a review. That way only someone with a real order can write one.
• We publish all reviews, including the less positive ones, and we never change the text.
• We do not pay anyone for a review. If we ever give a small discount as a thank-you for a review, this is clearly shown with that review.
• Old reviews of our former jewellery are not shown with the Christmas lights.
