Frequently asked questions
Will it arrive in time for Christmas?
Delivery takes 2–3 weeks. Order by 1 December (EU) or 24 November (outside the EU) and it should normally arrive before Christmas. You’ll get a tracking code.
Can I use the lights outdoors?
Yes, for products listed as suitable for outdoor use. Each product says what works indoors or outdoors. Always keep plugs and adapters dry.
How do I control the smart lights?
With a free app on your phone and the included remote. A manual is in the box.
What if I don’t like it?
You have 14 days to change your mind after receiving your order. You may inspect and briefly test it, just like in a shop. If it has been used longer than needed to test it, we deduct the loss in value. Email us and we will help you with the return. Personalised products (such as the photo bauble) are excluded.
How much is shipping?
